Do you use a BlackBerry and want to know how to dial phone numbers that contain letters to is such as 1-800-GoFedEx? Do the following to be able to dial those letters:

1. From either the main screen or when the BlackBerry is in “phone” mode dial 1800
2. To get the letters hold down the caps key and while holding it down press the corresponding keys for the letters which in this case would be GOFEDEX.
3. You should now see in the number field: 1800GOFEDEX
4. Press the green handset key and you will see all the letters convert into numbers and it will then call the number you had wanted to dial.
